Over the last couple of years I have had the opportunity to do some more pleasurable recreational diving and photography in Roatan Honduras with the wonderful bunch at Octopus Dive School – a small, very friendly and professional dive outfitter run by Nuria Corraliza. They offer great trips to some of the best dive spots on the island – everything from coral forests, caves and wrecks – and dives off the wall. All this a great break from the bad weather, cold and rain I seem to experience during documentation assignments on expeditions and with the EOD/MCM teams on exercises. If you ever get a chance to get down to Roatan, look them up and go diving with them. I put together a calendar for them featuring some of the highlight images taken during my trips with them.
